How are we supported?

We are able to minister here at the University of Michigan because of the monthly commitments of our supporters. We are supported by Nate's home church, Southgate Baptist Church in Springfield, Ohio and our church in Ann Arbor, Grace Bible Church. We are also supported by many individuals and families. Our supporters send their checks into Campus Crusade headquarters in Orlando, Florida. Crusade takes care of the paperwork and issues us our paychecks. 

Our salary is based upon our present need and is figured using a number of factors, including where we live and how many children we have. We do have benefits with Campus Crusade, including medical insurance, life insurance, and retirement benefits. 

Campus Crusade works hard to make sure that as much of the support as possible that comes into headquarters for our ministry is used directly for our ministry. They do take a percentage of all the gifts for our ministry to help pay for their general administrative costs, as well as help support national missionaries around the world who would have a difficult time raising support in their home countries. We fully understand the need for Crusade to use a percentage of all gifts given. We would not have the time needed for our ministry if it were not for the faithful efforts of the many people at headquarters who process the gifts to our ministry, administer our benefits, and provide us with resources for our ministry.
